Description
The Mer-Made 4X4FO Filter is a 4″ FO Series standard strainer built for extreme durability in demanding pool and industrial applications. Its fiberglass body is made with isophthalic polyester resin and a 0.100” corrosion liner.
Reinforced with one layer of C-glass and two layers of chopped strand mat, it’s designed to resist corrosion and high temperatures. It handles fluids up to 260°F, thanks to premium vinyl ester resins.
The stainless steel basket features 5/32” perforations on 3/16” staggered centers for efficient debris capture. The clear lid allows quick inspection without disassembly.
It also includes stainless steel toggle bolts, ABS hand knobs with stainless steel inserts, and an ethylene propylene O-ring. The flanged connections follow a 150 lb. ANSI standard drill pattern.
