Hayward HCC 4000 Commercial Wireless Wi-Fi Salt Water Chemistry Controller Package offers affordable, wireless water chemistry control to ensure safe and comfortable pH/ORP levels. It’s allows remote monitoring and control microprocessor-based pH and ORP. The HCC 4000 controller operates using the ORP method of water analysis to ensure rapid deactivation of waterborne pathogens in swimming pool water. The AU model includes a Gold Tip ORP probe for use with a salt sanitization system.

This Controller continuously tracks key parameters such as pH and oxidation-reduction potential(ORP), automatically adjusting chemical dosing to maintain safe, balanced water and help eliminate harmful pathogens. The controller can also calculate derived free chlorine levels and display them in parts per million(PPM), allowing operators to maintain accurate sanitizer levels and comply with public health standards. Equipped with wireless WiFi connectivity, the HCC 4000 allows pool operators to remotely monitor and control water chemistry through the Hayward PoolComm platform from any web-based device. The system includes professional sensors, an in-line strainer, and a fully assembled design for quick installation, while its programmable chemical feed settings allow precise control of feed timing and frequency.
