4 Year Extended WarrantyThis extended warranty is available for the following items:Pentair Pool and Spa FixturesHayward Pool and Spa FixturesPool Baron Nicheless Pool and Spa FixturesFlorida Sunseeker provides a 1 year warranty on all of the color LED and white LED fixtures that it sells through This extended warranty covers the following items and describes the remedy in the event of a light and/or fixture failing within the term of the warranty period.Manufacturing defect of either the fixture or bulb.Water intrusion of the fixture or bulbFailure of LED’s within the light fixture or bulb within the fixtureIn the event of failure, customer must follow the instructions for a warranty claim as described below within the warranty period. Florida Sunseeker will provide replacement parts to remedy the failure. In the event of a fixture defect, an entire new fixture will be provided. In the event of a bulb or LED failure a replacement kit which includes new LED bulb, new gasket and new screw will be provided to the customer upon verification of the failure. Warranty does not include labor required to fix and/or replace the defective parts.Warranty Terms
Pool Baron Limited Warranty on LED Lights
We warranty all of our lights against manufacture defects or water intrusion, from the date of purchase through the earlier of: (i) one (1) year from date of purchase; or (ii) the date the light is sold or transferred by you, the original purchaser, to a third party (the “Warranty Period”). This 4 year extended warranty covers all of our lights against manufacture defects or water intrusion, from the date of purchase through the earlier of: (i) five (5) years from date of purchase; or (ii) the date the light is sold or transferred by you, the original purchaser, to a third party (the “Warranty Period”).
During the Warranty Period, in the case of manufacturer defect, Florida Sunseeker will provide replacement parts or replacement of the item. Customer is responsible for installation and labor to replace any defective item. Florida Sunseeker will provide prepaid shipping labels and cover shipping costs to send defective items back as well as shipping any replacement items that are covered by the warranty. To request a free return shipping label, please email support, indicate that you are making a warranty claim, and provide your order number, proof of purchase, item , reason, and address for shipping replacement item (if applicable).
The limited warrant described herein is effective as to manufacturer defects only. The limited warrant described herein does not apply to products purchased for resale or products purchased for under fifteen dollars ($15.00). This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by the purchaser or by installation of the item, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Florida Sunseeker hereby disclaim all warranties express or implied except those specifically described herein.
