Metal Control is a potent chelating agent designed to deactivate dissolved copper, iron, and other heavy metals that might adversely impact water clarity. This product is particularly beneficial during new pool start-ups or conversions, serving to prevent stains and the occurrence of discolored water by effectively addressing the presence of metals in the water.
Dosage Initial
1.25lb per 10,000 Gallons
Maintenance
.5lb at Spring start-up or when significant amount of fresh water is added to the pool.
