The GLB Proper pH control is essential for the optimum performance of chlorine and bromine sanitisers. It is also important for swimmer comfort, protecting pool equipment and surfaces, and maintaining optimum water quality. In general, the pH of pool water should be maintained between 7.2 to 7.8. The optimum pH range may vary slightly for certain sanitisers. Consult the water balance section of the sanitiser product label you use for the optimum pH range for that product. This product lowers the pH of swimming pool water. It also lowers the total alkalinity of swimming pool water.
